Annual Subscription Rates
Gold Membership 1,600-00 euro or
Junior Members(12 to 18 years numbers limited) 150-00 euro (pay as you play)

There are two annual subscription cycles.
Subscription A. January 1st - 31 December
Subscription B. 1st June - 31st May

Subscription A, The annual renewable date is at the beginning of each calendar year i.e. 1st January

or

Subscription B, the 1st of June if you have joined between May and October.

Subscriptions not renewed by the 1st March or the 1st September for will automatically result in the suspension from the Club of the member and loss of their handicap

Playing Conditions

Restrictions & Bye Laws

1. Gold Members of the Hibernian Golf Club are entitles to play on both courses at Citywest without paying a green fee.
2. Tee Times at the Home Course/Citywest are subject to availability only.
3. A limited Time Sheet will be in operation for all Club Competitions. They will be held on a regular basis.
4. To book a space on The Time Sheet for Club Competitions, Telephone 8510565 or 087-481480. Times will be allocated on a first come basis.

To book Tee Times other than competition days, members must telephone the pro shop direct at 4010878.

5. No Shows for Club Competitions will be charged the relevant Green Fee. Unless cancellation is received by the Office 48 hours in advance.
6. Members who have not submitted their 3 Cards for Handicapping purposes ARE NOT ELIGIBLE to Win Club Competitions.
7. The Maximum Handicap for new male Members will not exceed 18.
8. To maintain your handicap and membership, each member MUST Compete in at least 5 of the Club's Monthly Competition Rounds each year.
9. The Upward adjustment of a member's handicap will be at the sole discretion of the Handicap Committee.
10. The Amateur Rules of Golf will be adhered to at all times.
11. The Dress Code of our Home Course will be strictly enforced.
12. The members of The Hibernian Golf Club will be governed by the Club's Constitution.
13. The proper code of conduct must also be adhered to by Members of The Hibernian Golf Club.
14. All potential Candidates, will undergo a screening by a Sub-Committee prior to being considered eligible for Election to membership of our Club.
15. The Rules of the Club insofar as they deal with day to day matters are governed by the rules and bye laws of our home course.
16. Under no circumstances will the 'Club' or the Club Members obtain any tenancy rights what so ever to the Home Course, now or at any time in the future.
17. Members are made aware, our Exclusive Club Playing License is a renewable License for a minimum period of twelve months and has been in effect from 7^th December 1995. Although expected and received, no automatic renewal is guaranteed by the owners of our Home Course.
18. Applicants not elected to membership will be refunded their subscription in full.
19. New members must submit 3 cards for rounds played over Citywest Golf Course in order to obtain a handicap, cards must be counter signed by a fellow member of the G.U.I.
