The GUI/ILGU Centralised Database is Now Live. Have You Changed your Password ?? Log on to www.gui.ie or www.ilgu.ie Click on the Golfnet Link on the Homepage.

Type your 8 digit Membership Number (printed on the rear of your membership card ) in the box provided, Then type in your own personal Password.

Pin Number
Each member has also been allocated an individual Pin Number which can be used to Enter Club Competitions and Return Scores.

How to get a handicap

To obtain a handicap from our Club that will be recognised by the G.U.I. each member must submit at least 3 cards for rounds played over Citywest Golf Course. Each Card must be signed by a fellow club member of a member in the G.U.I..
To maintain their handicap each member must submit a minimum of 5 cards per year from the Clubs Competition Rounds, held at Citywest Golf Course. This maybe increased from time to time to comply with the regulations laid down by the Golfing Union of Ireland.

Failure to comply with this rule, will result in loss of membership of the Club and suspension of handicap. This does not apply to members that have a handicap from another affiliated golf club.
Upward adjustments of a members handicap, will be at the sole discretion of the Handicap Committee. The monitoring of players handicaps for rounds played by members on courses other than the Clubs Home Course, will be undertaken by the management partnership and the competitions committee.
