A dull if overcast morning which turned into a perfect day for golf, even if there was a very slight hint of misty rain to start. Conditions were perfect for our winner Stephen Hughes (15) who returned a magnificent 43pts Congratulations Stephen a terrific score and great win, which also lost you three shots. Next we had our Captain Adrian Reid on 39pts which also cost him a shot, well played Adrian. In third place we had Joe McElvaney with 37pts, well played Joe, you also shared in the two’s congratulations.

A Strict Dress Code is in force both on and off the course, details of which are on our web site, a few main headings are as follows:
Soft spikes only.
No Jeans of any type anywhere.
No trouser bottoms tucked inside socks.
No collarless shirts.
Shorts must be tailored and below the knee.
Socks must be worn at all times.
No caps/hats inside the clubhouse.

Please Note
A player must provide to his Home Club information regarding scores in Non Qualifying Competitions
In Ireland players and clubs must report to Home Clubs;
(a)All qualifying and Non qualifying scores including team events and
(b)All scores which equal or better the Standard Scratch Score from Society Golf played over a course for which the Union has allotted a Standard Scratch Score together with notification of the relevant Standard Scratch Score.

Society scores do not automatically qualify for immediate reduction in handicaps.
